The Tolstoy Foundation Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Inc., is a not-for-profit corporation, founded by humanitarian Alexandra Tolstoy, daughter of the famous author Leo Tolstoy, and her esteemed colleague, Tatiana Schaufuss, to minister to the needs of Russian and other Slavic-speaking people.
The Center, an easy 40-minute drive from Manhattan, Bergen and Fairfield Counties, is a 96-bed facility providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation and personal care services on a long-term or short-term basis.
