Dietary Services
At TFRNC, food is much more than just an addition to life. Continental cuisine and traditional American dishes are always on our menu. Our chefs are able to satisfy the culinary preferences of our residents for as long as medically permitted.
Our Registered Dietitian plans and monitors meals. The dishes are always nutritious, tasty, and correspond to the doctor's prescription. This dietitian constantly ensures that all the residents’ wishes regarding food are fulfilled whenever possible.
For our residents' convenience, breakfast is served in their rooms. Lunch, which is the main meal of the day, is served in the dining room located on the upper level. Residents themselves choose where to dine - either in the dining room or in their rooms. Residents who need assistance with feeding, as a rule, eat in the dining room with the aid of staff. For those who wish to, can eat on the verandas, which offer wonderful views of the green hillsides, magnolia trees, and watch the life of nature.
Our residents receive coffee, tea and snacks throughout the day and evening.
Medical Staff
The facility is staffed with licensed nurses 24 hours per day, as well as a team of licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists. The interdisciplinary team works with the attending physician to develop an individualized rehabilitation program and ensure the complex medical needs of the patients are addressed and a comprehensive plan of care is developed to help these patients return to their normal level of functioning as quickly as possible
