Housekeeping
It is our Facility Service Team's goal to provide a clinically-safe environment while utilizing carefully devised processes, practices, and systems that are designed to reduce the spread of infections. We use technologies such as an ATP swabbing machine that identifies bacteria on high touch surface areas and an ultraviolet light that is proven to destroy 99.99% of surface & airborne pathogens in a 1,000 foot room in just 15 minutes.
Maintenance
We stay regulatory-ready at all times keeping up with the Department of Health, New York State and OSHA requirements. Our maintenance program consists of, but is not limited to, daily preventive maintenance, work order management, failure analysis, equipment management etc. It is our goal to provide a safe working environment for our employees and safe facility for our residents.
Laundry
We provide an in-house laundry area where we operate an effective linen and laundry service that is vital to patient care.
Our overall facility program strives to provide you with that peace of mind when it comes to safety and infection control so you can focus on what really matters most.
Medical Staff
The facility is staffed with licensed nurses 24 hours per day, as well as a team of licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists. The interdisciplinary team works with the attending physician to develop an individualized rehabilitation program and ensure the complex medical needs of the patients are addressed and a comprehensive plan of care is developed to help these patients return to their normal level of functioning as quickly as possible
