Social Services Provided:

The Department of Social Services provides psychological and emotional support and assistance to residents and their families. 


This department is made up of certified social workers and serves the needs of all residents.  The social worker is the liaison between the resident, his/her family and health services.


We encourage resident-family interaction and encourage both participants to attend family councils.


Medical Staff

The facility is staffed with licensed nurses 24 hours per day, as well as a team of licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists. The interdisciplinary team works with the attending physician to develop an individualized rehabilitation program and ensure the complex medical needs of the patients are addressed and a comprehensive plan of care is developed to help these patients return to their normal level of functioning as quickly as possible
